T-LAB professional -True Meaning of Luxury Hair Care — is looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to join our Commercial Department for worldwide operations: Western and Eastern Europe, North America-Latin America, Asia-Pacific, Africa-Middle East.

Job description

1. Running client relations / sales operations for existing and potential customers in Europe or America or Asia or Africa / Middle East in order to reach required sales goals and accomplish annual/monthly sales plan

2. Ensure that the products and marketing inquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction. Developing and maintaining high standard customers’ service

3. Participating in international exhibitions in EU, America and Asia with Company’s booth (in cooperation with respective Company’s specialists).

4. Searching for potential clients. Organizing and participating in business meetings and contracting.

5. Elaborating respective sales and marketing documentation required by the client: business proposals, presentations, contracts, official letters etc. (in cooperation with the respective Company’s specialists).

6. Systematic and consistent work with CRM and warehouse programs.

7. Reporting to GM

Requirements

1. Degree in economics, international business, export trade, business management, marketing or other relevant education. Additional training would be an advantage.

2. 2+ years working experience as sales manager, client relations manager, (key) account manager or other relevant position. Working experience with various countries worldwide will be an advantage. Working in cosmetics / beauty / luxury industry will be an advantage.

3. Fluent business English is a must. Knowledge of other language (-s) such as Russian, Italian, French, Arabic, Chinese etc. will be an advantage.

4. Excellent business communication, negotiating, presentation and business writing skills.

5.Telephone manner, introductions and generating leads/potential new clients

6. At ease with «figures» and strong analytical skills

7. Hard-working, multi-tasking, self-motivated, passionate and reliable. High corporate ethics skills.
